COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
In an effort to keep all parties involved, safe and as healthy as possible, all staff and maintenance workers will be following the guidelines set forth by the US Federal, State and local government, including the CDC whenever entrance to your home is required by following these procedures:

Entering premises only when tenants are not home

All service personnel will be fully vaccinated

Clean hands (using hand sanitizer when soap and water is not available)

Keeping safe distance from others by 6 ft at all times

Staying home when/if any symptoms present

Wearing approved facial coverings during any/all routine/scheduled app
